Once you've opened the file in the Script Editor, you can edit it and/or run it immediately. If you've stored it with the default file type of applescript, then it will open in the Script Editor app (i.e., AppleScript) when you double-click the file or select it and type command-O (⌘-O). This software is distributed as a single text file containing AppleScript source code. Most of the selection criteria from Evernote's search syntax can be used to select notes for export. You can use several selection criteria to determine which notebooks and which notes are included in the export. The Notebook Export Manager uses Evernote's built-in export features to extract notebooks in HTML or ENEX format and store them in folders of your choice.
